• Trim the wick: Before each lighting, trim the wick to about 5 mm. A wick that’s too long can cause soot and an unsteady flame.
• Wick maintenance: After extinguishing, re-center and straighten the wick.
• Good ventilation: Enjoy your candle in a well-ventilated room to avoid soot buildup.
• Keep it clean: Remove wick trimmings and match debris from the melted wax.
• Safe placement: Don’t place the burning candle in drafts, near fans, or air conditioners.
• Allow cooling: Let the candle cool completely before relighting.
